MI-DEL Cookies Review + Giveaway

I was contacted by MI-DEL with the opportunity to sample their cookies and host a giveaway for my readers. I was so excited to do this, but every time I tried to find their cookies in store, I was left empty-handed. This made me really sad because I was so excited to try them. I contacted MI-DEL about this- and they were kind enough to send me some cookies to sample! I was blown away by their offer, they were patient with me and so accommodating. I think this is a testament to they type of company they are, and I wanted to share this before the review.

With that said, Onto the cookies!

MI-DEL offers many natural and gluten-free varieties, for families who have needs that may differ. I was happy to see this because I have many friends who have had to cut gluten out of their diets, and I know that for children especially this can be difficult! Cookies are part of childhood, so I thought it was great that MI-DEL makes varieties that allows those children to enjoy cookies too. There are also many recipes you can try using their cookies, so those who have Gluten Sensitivities can still enjoy special desserts using their products.

I sampled the Gluten Free Arrowroot Cookies, Gluten-Free Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, and the All Natural Lemon Snaps.

The Arrowroot Cookies were perfect for my toddler. He loved to gum the cookies and they made an easy snack for him. I tried them and the texture was different than what I was used to. My older kids did not care for this variety though.

The Chocolate Sandwich Cookies were such a big hit that my kids ate half the package before I realized they were sneaking into the kitchen! I was able to eat a couple before the package was gone, and though the texture was different than what I was used to, I thought the cookies were pretty good. My older kids obviously loved them and I like that they make a variety that is similar to another popular cookie for those with Gluten-Free diets.

The Lemon Snaps were my favorite. They were so good that I commandeered the bag and ate them while drinking my coffee after the kids were in school. They went perfectly with that morning (or afternoon) cup of coffee. I could see having them out for social gatherings, like the Coffee Dates I plan with my friends. They were crunchy and had the right amount of sweetness. I was sad when the bag was empty.
