Johnsonville House Party + Giveaway!

I wanted to talk about my Johnsonville House Party! I mentioned that I was having one, but I wanted to update about the whole experience. If you haven't signed up for Houseparty.com yet- this may make you want to!

Aside from the box full of goodies, it is fun to have a theme for a party. It kind of gives you a place to start, and then you can use your imagination to make it even better. It just happened that this party fell near our "Mom's Night Out" so when I found out I was a host- I immediately worked to plan a way to use Houseparty Party to help make an "Inspired" evening.

The best part about this party was that it was about food :) I served a baked penne dish with Johnsonville Sweet Italian Sausage, 3 cheese tortellini, garlic bread, veggie tray, salad, crackers, Johnsonville Summer Sausage and Deli Bites, and biscotti. Houseparty provided the plates and napkins as well.

The evening was supposed to be about inspiration and having a nice Italian meal inspired me to make something. I wanted to etch wine glasses and after looking up tutorials online and checking different craft stores I found what we needed.

Though it was a little tricky at first, I think the glasses turned out great.

The evening was full of good food and great company, which made this houseparty a success! I can't wait to host another one.

AND now because I had such a great time entertaining friends with Johnsonville- I want to give you the chance to do that in your home as well! Johnsonville sent many coupons for their new Chicken Sausage and I have a few left over that I want to pass on to you!

I have 2 sets of coupons to give away. Each set contains one for a completely FREE package of Chicken Sausage and one for $1 off any Johnsonville Italian Sausage.

  3. We like making Breakfast Burritos, but would love to try to make them with Chicken Sausage instead! Chicken Sausage HAS to be somewhat more "heart healthy" than pork sausage!
