Making bread

I don't know why I don't make bread more often. I was gifted a bread maker years ago but when I saw how expensive the mixes were I put it on a shelf and forgot about it.

Then I was forced to do some creative meal planning and there it was, ready and waiting for me. Since I had all the needed ingredients on hand it was easy and cheap. My family inhaled it. It really made me thankful for what I had!
